Follow these steps on a Windows 10 computer with internet:
Connect your Skyle with a

USB cable to your PC and wait at least 30 seconds (the LEDs should flash once at least). If you don’t have a suitable cable but your computer has a USB-C port, you can directly connect the USB-C cable from Skyle (after removing the iPad from the case and port) to your PC.
Use a browser like Edge, Chrome or Firefox to open the web page skyle.local (or click here: http://skyle.local)
After a short loading time, a web page will show up (Skyle Configuration). In the navigation on the left, click on “Update & Versions:
On this web page locate the serial and copy the digits only as shown below:
In a new tab or window open the web page https://update.eyev.de (or click here):
On this web page insert the digits of the serial in the field above the download button:
Click download and choose to save the file on disk – an example download window might look like this:
Go back to the skyle.local webpage (or click here: http://skyle.local ) and click in the navigation the home button. On the home page click on the “Choose file” button and select the skyle.fw file that you downloaded in the previous step:
After selecting the file wait till it says “Finished loading (...)”:
The new update will be installed now, and you will see a webpage like this:
Wait at least 2 minutes after the previous screen for the eye tracker to update and restart. After this you can unplug the eye tracker from your PC and attach it to the iPad again. Everything should work now normally on iOS 15.
