Environment variables

The eye contains muscles to shrink and enlarge the iris.

Environmental variables, such as sunlight, or illuminants cause the eye to want to reduce the amount of light entering the eye, causing the pupil to contract. Give your eyes some relaxation and follow these tips.

Ambiant light

You don't have to sit in a dark room, of course. Try to avoid spotlights or direct sunlight on your face.

For example, sit with your back to the window or sideways to a window.

If that doesn't work you can of course try to find a darker environment.

iPadOS Dark Theme

As recommended in the instructions (https://skyle.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SW/pages/1867777), we recommend the dark theme. Many apps also support the theme, which also gives them a more pleasant background.
