Please connect Skyle and make sure the red LEDs on each side are glowing.

  1. Open the iPadOS Settings App and check if an Ethernet device “Skyle“ has appeared.

2. Open the setting of the Skyle device and check if the IP is as in the picture below

These are strong indicators that Skyle is connected to your iPad correctly and that it is possible for Skyle X to detect it.

If you are still having trouble with the Skyle X app, please make sure to install the newest version: Update Firmware

If Skyle has not been updated for a long time and your iPad is on iPadOS version 15.X by now, please contact us via the web form: Support
