 Problem

Does Skyle not work with your glasses?

 Solution

The solution to Skyle working with glasses is positioning.

  1. Go to the Skyle X App → Stream → Video

  2. Tilt your head on the horizontal axis so that the reflections on your glasses change their position.

  3. Make sure the reflections do not cover the “glints“ (Two small reflections on your cornea underneath the pupil) and that the pupil is completely visible.

  4. Change the angle of the device to match these conditions and make sure that your head is positioned comfortably in front of Skyle.
